These Terms of Service govern your use of The Royal Paw website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is lawfully yours.
3. Products and Descriptions
We work hard to describe products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and measurements may vary slightly between production batches. Product images are illustrative. Always supervise pets with new toys and follow any instructions supplied with a product.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit order quantities at any time without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error occurred. Where we cancel, you receive a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your full card details — payments are handled by our payment processor under their own security standards.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, and lost-parcel procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and a two-year legal guarantee of conformity; nothing in these terms limits those rights.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or copy our content for commercial use, or to transmit malicious code.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of The Royal Paw or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Royal Paw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
12. Product Safety and Intended Use
Use products in accordance with their instructions and intended purpose, and supervise your pet. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification, or use of a product in a manner it was not designed for.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
