The Royal Paw is a small team in Kortrijk, Belgium, on a mission to fill the pet drawer with things that actually get used: toys that come out every evening, grooming tools that make the job faster, beds they choose over your sofa.
Every product passes three questions before we list it — is it safe, will it survive a real pet, and is the price honest.

Questions, answered
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, then 10–20 business days to most of Europe, the UK and the US. We ship directly from our manufacturing partners, which keeps prices low but takes a little longer — and we'd rather tell you that up front. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
What if my pet doesn't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused in its original packaging. If it arrived damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we'll sort it immediately — usually without you posting anything back.
Are your products safe for pets?
We check materials, finishes and small parts before listing anything and skip products we wouldn't give our own animals. No toy is indestructible though: supervise play and size toys to your pet.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email when your parcel ships. Paste it into our Track Your Order page. Tracking can go quiet for a week while a parcel crosses borders — that's normal.
